
1. WHAT STRINGS ARE ATTACHED TO THE FREE 2-HOUR CONSULTATION? There are no strings attached to the Free 2-hour Consultation offer. The session may be conducted on-site or over the phone and it can be used for any purpose (training, problem-solving, consulting, etc). Once the session is over, we will simply ask you what you want to do next. Some business owners don't use our services or buy our solutions after the initial consultation and we're okay with that. The offer is intended as a vehicle for demonstrating our capabilities and meeting new people. By the end of the session, you'll know whether you need or want additional services or solutions and you'll find that we don't pressure people. If you want to work with us after the initial session, we want it to be your idea.
2. HOW DO YOU BILL FOR YOUR SERVICES? Our services are normally billed by the hour and we invoice weekly.
3. DO YOU PROVIDE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE IN ADDITION TO SERVICES? Yes we do. QBS Southeast is an authorized Intuit Solution Provider, which means we can provide and support any products or services offered by Intuit (QuickBooks Financial and Point-of-Sale (POS) software, point-of-sale hardware, payroll services, merchant services, web stores, etc). We are also an authorized Fishbowl Inventory Value Added Reseller which enables us to provide and support Fishbowl Inventory and Fishbowl Mobile Warehouse software. Finally, we are an authorized Motorola/Symbol reseller, which enables us to provide and support Motorola/Symbol Handheld Computers with Bar Code capability.
4. WHAT INDUSTRIES DO YOU WORK WITH? We have clients in many industries, but our primary focus is on retail, wholesale/distribution, contracting and field services.
5. HOW DO YOU WORK WITH YOUR CLIENTS? QBS Southeast is primarily a "field service" company, meaning we work primarily at our client's location, as compared to CPA firms, payroll and accounting service companies and tax preparers, which operate on more of a "service bureau" business model. We work at the client location because it enables us to really understand our client's business operations and requirements ... and much of the work we do is interactive with our clients. We also find that our clients want to be self-sufficient and want to be involved in the work we do ... while we're doing it.
